RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At GotLoV, our intention is to bring warmth, comfort, and peace into your home through quality products. If something isn’t what you expected, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Original packaging is required

  • Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) must be provided

Non-returnable items include:

  • Used blankets or textiles

  • Opened candles

  • Journals that have been written in

  • Digital products (if applicable)

  • Gift cards

If your return is approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original form of payment.
Return shipping fees may apply unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We can exchange an item for:

  • A different color

  • A different size

  • A replacement for a damaged item

Exchanges must also be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days at:

Include photos and your order number so we can resolve it quickly.
