International:

  • Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can also log in to your GotLoV account anytime to view order status.

What if my package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received?

Please contact the shipping carrier first.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! Exchanges are available within 30 days for:

  • size changes

  • color changes

  • replacements for damaged items

What items are non-returnable?

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used blankets

  • Opened candles

  • Written-in journals

  • Digital downloads (if applicable)

  • Gift cards

Our blankets are crafted from high-quality soft chenille yarn, chosen for comfort, warmth, and longevity.

How do I care for my chunky knit blanket?

We recommend:

  • Spot cleaning only

  • Air drying flat

  • Avoiding washing machines or dryers to preserve the weave

Are your candles hand-poured?

Yes — all GotLoV candles are hand-poured with care, using premium ingredients for a clean, soothing burn.

What pages are included in your journals?

Our journals include intentional prompts and clean minimal layouts designed to support clarity, mindfulness, and self-reflection.
