Purchase options cancellation policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order is placed, it immediately enters our fulfillment queue.

Order Changes & Cancellations

To ensure fast delivery, orders begin processing right away.
For this reason:

Orders can only be canceled or changed within 6 hours of purchase.
After this window, we are unable to modify or cancel the order, as it has already begun processing with our fulfillment partners.

If you need to request a change within the allowed timeframe, please contact us immediately at:

Subscription Purchase Options (If You Add Them Later)

If GotLoV ever offers subscription or recurring purchase options, the following will apply:

  • You may cancel or skip a delivery at any time before your next billing date.

  • Once a subscription order renews and is processed, cancellations for that shipment are not guaranteed.

If you don't use subscriptions now, you can leave this paragraph out — or keep it for future expansion.

Pre-Order Items

For pre-orders, cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of purchase.
After that window, pre-orders are locked in to guarantee item reservation.

Delivery Address Changes

If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately:

✔ If the order has not shipped yet, we can update the address.
✘ If the order has already shipped, we cannot redirect packages.

Refunds on Canceled Orders

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
